Alzheimer’s Association Community Representative

Care & Support Volunteers provide direct assistance with those living with Alzheimer's and related dementia, caregivers, and the general public. Community Representatives raise awareness of our programs, provide basic information, and connect the community to the Association's services. They act as a bridge between the Association and local business, civic or faith groups.
