#SpotlightOnCLT Mental Health Nonprofit Partners

With help from Dr. Alyson Kuroski-Mazzei and our friends at HopeWay Charlotte, we introduced our February #SpotlightOnCLT series last week by focusing on the important topic of mental health, especially during this collective pandemic trauma we are all experiencing.  We hope to shine some light onto the mental health community, paving the way for mental well being.

#SpotlightOnCLT: Mental Health

This month, our #SpotlightOnCLT is shining on #MentalHealth and our nonprofit partners who serve and support this cause.  Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being.  Mental health determines how we react to stress, relate to others, and make choices in every stage of our life.

Our friends at HopeWay here in Charlotte have one important mission, to make hope tangible by inspiring mental wellness for all.
