Do you have experience serving on an active, hands on Board of Directors and know how to roll up your sleeves and get things accomplished? Our organization, Eagle Rock Camp, reconnects military families at holistic retreats that include the entire family and teaches them a new way to heal from the moral and spiritual wounds of war. Our high level strategic plan is in place and we are poised for significant growth in 2022. We are seeking individuals who want to serve our military families and provide tactical support of our strategic and fundraising plans.

We are seeking thoughtful, strategic thinkers and tactical "doers" who want to make a difference in the lives of our precious military and veteran families. We do require you attend a retreat for at least one full day, including dinner and evening activities to meet our families and hear their stories firsthand. We are looking for board members who are advocates and influencers for our cause.

All board members are asked to donate at their level of comfort and participate in some of our events. Why, you might ask? Because our grantors and sponsors want to know that our Board of Directors are "all in".

We are seeking people with skill sets in legal, HR, IT, Event Planning, grant research and writing, accounting and Chaplain or Pastor / Rabbi. Prior military experience is always welcomed.

As a faith-based organization where all faiths are welcomed, and board diversity is important to us.

We are growing quickly, so for 2022, our board meets on a monthly basis, in Conover, NC. Zoom option is available.
