Collect New/Gently Used Supplies for Our Programs

The Anne Springs Close Greenway event calendar is full of programs that introduce indivuals and families to outdoor recreation and education. Not everyone has a garage or closet full of equipment to borrow from to try these activities. When we offer a fishing, camping, kayaking or biking program, we are most successful when we can have equipment to loan participants during the activity. What do you like to do in the outdoors? Choose a piece of equipment - a fishing pole, tackle, a life jacket, balance bike, archery supplies, etc. and set about asking others if they would like to contribute to a collection for the Greenway. We will acknowledge each donation and make sure each donation is used to the greatest benefit on the Greenway!

We have after school programs where additional learning opportunities focus on STEM activities too. We have a wish list of supplies and games that our participants would love to have on hand. Consider what you might have that your family has outgrown or received as a gift and never used and pay it forward!

If either of these ideas are of interest to you, inquire now and we will work through the steps to collect and donate!
