The Augustine Literacy Project (ALP) is dedicated to improving the reading skills of Kindergarten-2nd grade students in high-need schools. ALP trains and supports volunteers to implement planned lessons that are designed using proven instructional methods. Volunteer tutors meet with one CMS student two times a week for 45 minutes - either in-person or remote.
