Join us for the 3rd annual Horse Lovers Day – Breast Cancer Event at Leatherman Lane on Saturday, October 7, 2023! Go Jen Go is the proud beneficiary of this event created by AmyMichele Jones and her amazing team at Leatherman Lane in Concord.

This event is like no other…trail rides, pony rides, vendors, food trucks, entertainment, sack races, a raffle, and most importantly HerScan will be onsite performing breast ultrasounds for those that schedule an appointment. Ultrasound screenings can detect cancers that cannot be found by mammography and physical exams alone.  Click here for more info on HerScan and to schedule an appointment.

Admission tickets for adults are $5 each and include 1 free raffle ticket. Children attend for free!

Trail rides require an additional donation to participate and will occur at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm (must bring your own horse to ride). We also have tickets ($5) available for the sack races at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. You do not need to pre-register for the horse & pony rides at the event, only for the Ride Jen Ride Trail Ride where you bring your own horse.

For TRAIL RIDE participants, your registration isn’t complete until Leatherman Lane has your registration form and a copy of your horse’s coggins. Please contact Leatherman Lane directly with any questions and to complete your registration – leathermanlane@gmail.com.

We are looking for donations for our raffle, corporate sponsors, vendors, performers, and help from the media, and of course, welcome any financial support to help us raise funds for local breast cancer patients.
