Grant Writer

The Grant Writer will play a key role in assisting with identification of appropriate grantors and the execution and submission of grant requests. Teal Diva has limited exposer to the grant-writing process. In order that we may continue this work, we need interns capable of researching funding opportunities within fixed guidelines, initiating, and maintaining contact with foundations and writing grants for eligible funding. This would require an intern with strong research, writing and analytical skills. The Grant Writer reports to the Teal Diva President. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual interested in learning more about nonprofit grant writing and long-term sustainability of a non-profit by way of grants. The internship offers exciting hands-on experience and the opportunity to gain new skills.
