Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region

Volunteer Opportunity:
Construction Task Leader

This opportunity has passed.

Attention: All volunteer opportunities with Habitat for Humanity are currently suspended. Volunteer and programming activity will resume as normal once health officials declare that the danger has passed. In the meantime, please continue to express interest in all open volunteer opportunities. Construction Task Leaders help us build houses in a big way! If you have construction experience (professional or DIY), you might be interested in our Construction Task Leader role. These volunteers are in charge of leading inexperienced volunteers in a specific project (eg: siding, framing, painting, etc), allowing our staff more flexibility to move around the site as needed. As an added bonus with this role, you will be receiving professional training and experience with this task! Task Leaders should have at least some familiarity with construction sites, but will receive training on at least one of the projects listed above to use on site.
