Mask Making

CCHC is looking for 500 donated masks to help our patients protect themselves.

People experiencing homelessness and people who live in group or transitional housing are particularly vulnerable to the coronavirus. Many of the guidelines to protect yourself, like washing your hands frequently, avoiding crowded places, or wearing a cloth mask, are more challenging to follow when you don’t have reliable shelter. We're collecting masks for our patients who don’t have the supplies or time to make their own.

If you’re looking for something to do while you’re sheltering at home, try your hand at easy-to-sew cloth face masks!
