We have a desire, based on input from all the families we have served, to coordinate a mentor-like program to help connect perinatal families experiencing similar struggles. This is currently just a concept with several examples to guide us. The co-coordinator would be actively involved in developing the program from the ground up, alongside other volunteers and the executive director. Time would be flexible and meaningful (5-10 hrs a month/ maximum) over a one year period.
