What We Do
Body & Soul Senior Fitness works within local churches to provide a place for senior adults to grow physically stronger, meet new friends and find joy in daily living. Our fitness classes include strength training, balance and mind/body work. We hold monthly lunches and other social events to expand their social circle. Health fairs, lunch and learns, and art projects offers opportunities to learn new things. Community service is a wonderful part of giving back and feeling connected and purposeful. Fun and laughter happen each time we meet.
