What We Do
Innovative Learning, Inc., is a cutting edge, creative and arts infused out-of-school time provider located in Charlotte, NC. We are able to provide programming in a physical location as well as in a virtual learning environment. We have served elementary and middle school students for over 20 years and we continue to provide quality out of school time programming that uses a STEAM approach to our programming model. Innovative Learning uses an innovative and creative approach to deliver all of its activities and programs in excellence. Our Master Instructors are trained to be mentors as well as advocates for our children to bring about measurable outcomes in all areas of student interest and engagement, with middle school students being our specialty! Students have been exposed to a complete slate of arts programming consistently for 2 straight years, concentrating on Theatre, Dance, Visual and Graphic Arts, Voice, and Instrumentation. Through our project-based model, students were able to showcase their Arts Instructional through quarterly "Showcases." Innovative Learning exists to assist and support children in their educational journey by providing them with academic support, STEM and arts enrichment, and project-based learning that aligns with their academic, social and emotional goals. For example, 85% EOG growth in Math and ELA is one of our goals! The cause most relevant to our work is family stability through our work in helping students and their families reach educational goals that will afford our children an opportunity to go to college, finish, obtain gainful employment and perhaps make an impact on the world. We provide this assistance so that children and their families are able to, through a sound educational foundation, realize a better future for themselves.
