What We Do
At R.I.S.E. (Readiness in Sports Education), we believe that sports have the power to change the world. We recognize that systemic inequities drive disparities and many youth are unable to pursue their employment dreams. Our mission is to fight for their equality. R.I.S.E. provides tuition-free learning opportunities and expert mentorship to high school students to prepare them for a career in sports marketing and media.

R.I.S.E. is currently involved with Charlotte Mecklenburg, Cabarrus and Union County High Schools.
R.I.S.E. is working hard to get Charlotte to a much better economic mobility ranking than 50 out of 50.
R.I.S.E. would like to provide all CMS, Cabarrus and Union County High Schools with needed professional media packages for students to learn experientially.
