This opportunity has passed.

As the Cohort Coordinator you will be responsible for selecting the cohort participants, identifying potential cohort topics, creating the schedule for cohort sessions, managing the relationship with cohort facilitators, ensuring a safe and educational cohort experience for students. The cohort coordinator volunteers up to 8 hours per month based on his/her availability and according to the schedule they create at the start of the program year.

The cohort program is an opportunity for Goal Achievers to increase their social capital by learning new skills in a small group setting. Each cohort consists of 2 to 3 sessions with topics ranging from effective communication to financial literacy (new topics added each year). Goal Achievers must apply to participate in cohorts and each topic has limited slots making the application period very competitive. Goal Achievers who successfully complete cohorts are eligible to receive scholarships which are awarded during the annual End of Year Celebration.
