Founded in 2020, Healed & Restored is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created to address a critical and often overlooked need in our society: helping women heal from deep emotional and physical trauma. Rooted in the Charlotte area, our mission is to walk alongside female survivors of assault and trauma as they reclaim their lives, believe in their worth, and embrace God’s unconditional love. Through a combination of therapy, workshops, and restorative retreats, we work to transform pain into purpose—empowering women to not only survive but thrive.

Our long-term vision is to establish a faith-filled, residential healing home where women can live temporarily while receiving holistic care—mind, body,
soul, and spirit—completely free of charge.

Since our founding, Healed & Restored has supported over 400 women on their journey to healing by offering trauma-informed therapy at no cost, hosting intimate workshops, and leading immersive healing retreats both locally and out of state. Each step we take is guided by our commitment to restoration, dignity, and love.
