Queen City Unity Ambassador

A Queen City Unity Ambassador will work closely with the Board of Directors on designing and executing initiatives that drive our mission statement of equality and inclusion forward. This includes:

- Organizing festivals and community events that promote diversity in Charlotte.

- Leading food drives, donation collections, and care bag distributions for the homeless.

- Coordinating Queen City Unity's Donation Pick Up Program. A program that enables donors to donate care items to our charitable activities by simply scheduling a donation pick up at their doorstep or business. This program also provides these services to the WSOC-TV 9 School Tools Drive, WSOC-TV 9 Food Drive, and Classroom Central.

- Leading an informational table/kiosk at community events to create awareness around our organization and to promote diversity in Charlotte.

- Working on the logistics of our community programs, such as the Queen City Unity Equity program, geared towards providing the youth in Charlotte with diversity education, financial literacy courses, and leadership development.

This is a great opportunity to be on the forefront of our organization and our battle against inequality in the Queen City. Sign up to get more information!
