Strategic Partner Manager
GardHouse is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Strategic Partner Manager to help us with strengthening our external stakeholders. Your partnership efforts will increase GardHouse’s reach and student access, improve social capital, and enhance the overall student experience. This position will work cross-functionally to manage and deepen the partner relationship through the development of business building strategies, excellent communication, and partner engagement expertise.
How you’ll make an impact:
As the resident Strategic Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in keeping our external stakeholders abreast of the impact of their efforts and how they can take it to the next level. As the voice of those who support GardHouse, you will also share strategies that’ll heighten our ability to expand across communities.
What you will do:
Serve as the key point of contact to manage the strategic partner relationship.
Develop a strong understanding of the partners’ business and how GardHouse’s initiatives will integrate into their suite of services to strengthen their community impact.
Work cross-functionally internally at GardHouse – in particular with the Resource Development Manager and Community Engagement Manager to provide connectivity between the partner’s needs and our offering.
Your skills:
Strong relationship management skills.
Demonstrated experience in developing effective communication strategies.
Entrepreneurial, self-starter who can roll up their sleeves or up-level as needed.
Impeccable written and verbal presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, fluid work environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and team player mindset; has the ability to influence and motivate others.
Proven ability to think ahead, engage proactively, and take initiative.
