Summer Camp Counselor
We are looking for enthusiastic, attentive Summer Camp Counselors to lead, support, and motivate students as they enjoy all that the camp experience has to offer. Summer Camp will run from July 11th - July 28th, Monday thru Thursday. Volunteers are required to commit a minimum of 2 hours.
Primary responsibilities are:
• help plan events and lead fun group activities
• monitor campers and respond to incidents, such as behavioral problems or accidents
• keep track of activities and maintain records relating to activities
• discuss camper participation and concerns with parents and other camp staff members.
Skills Needed:
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly, maturely, and compassionately with students and families
