"Transition Out of Poverty" Program Volunteers Needed

Catholic Charities has created an enhanced transition out of poverty model  (TOP) to help those in need. Program participants will receive one on one assistance to help them make reach their own goals and dreams. Volunteers are needed for many different positions. All positions have flexible hours and will be accompanied by appropriate training and support from staff. Some of the jobs include:

Tasks: Answer phones/Provide initial TOP program description/Schedule appointments (participant intake appointment and food pick up appointments)/ complete database enrollment/ provide emergency food
Time: Monday - Friday 9 -5 (Shifts available)

Tasks: Provide detailed TOP overview/ Invite program participation/ Complete TOP and Catholic Charities paperwork as appropriate/ Complete database information/ Provide food
Times: Monday - Friday 9-4 (Shifts available)

Volunteer Case Coordinator
Task: Volunteers will work with participants on an ongoing basis to help connect them with resources in the community.
Times: Flexible (you make your own schedule)

Food Pantry Support
Tasks: Stocking/ Organizing/ Distribute food on pick up days
Times: Monday - Friday 9-5 (Shifts available)

Data Entry: 
Task: Database information entry/Update database information
Times: Monday- Friday 9-5 (flexible/Shifts available)
