Stay Fit Care Pack - Glass Water Bottle, Weighted Jump Rope, 5lbs Weights, 5lbs Kettle Bell, Stretch Bands
This volunteer activity is both individual and group suitable. A corporation or an individual will have to BUY (from a store or Amazon) items and MAKE stay fit bags. The stay fit bags can then be packed in gallon-size Ziploc bags, boxed, sealed, and mailed to our main site. Individuals usually make ~15-20 at a time.
If you can't drop them off due to shelter in place, you can mail them to:
