Rising 9th graders,
Want to be a leader when you go to high school? Join us on May 1 at 6:00PM! You'll meet CMS high school student leaders, get your questions answered about high school, find out how to join the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Youth Council (CMYC is the CMS Superintendent's Student Advisory Council and the youth advisory council for City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County local governments) and get involved in leadership at your high school. Meet the Student Advisor for the CMS School Board and more! Zoom link and other important information will be communicated with registered students.
The program is led by CMS high school students who serve on the CMYC advisory council. HS student leaders may additionally be available to speak with 8th graders/middle school SGAs, classes, or clubs. Contact us for info.
