Join us for the third program in our exciting Jr. Historian Day Summer Series at Charlotte Museum of History!
Dive into the rich history of global trade and its impact on the Carolina region, as students explore the interconnectedness of world cultures. Participants will delve into the music traditions of Scots Irish settlers and Africans, learning about their instruments and melodies. Engage in hands-on activities as participants create their own banjo and explore Catawba pottery through a pottery-inspired craft, fostering a deeper connection to the cultural heritage of our region. Join us for a day of exploration and creativity that celebrates our shared history!

Registration for this program includes participation in crafts & activities, a guided tour of the 1774 Alexander Rock House, and museum admission.
