Youth Villages North Carolina highlights Foster Care Awareness Month with national author and child welfare advocate David Ambroz. Come enjoy cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and a copy of David's book A Place Called Home. Then listen as David shares his story of survival on the streets of New York City and later through violence in foster care, always with the goal of moving people from empathy to action.
