What We Do

The Diabetes Family Connection is on a mission to positively transform the lives of people living with type 1 diabetes through the power of community.

Through a range of year-round recreation-based programs, we provide invaluable support aimed at building confidence, nurturing a positive mental attitude (PMA), and fostering a strong sense of community. Whether it's through engaging activities or meaningful connections, we are committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of people living with diabetes.

Join us in our journey to inspire hope, encourage resilience, and foster an environment of belonging, where individuals and families can thrive despite the challenges of diabetes. Together, we can make a meaningful impact and transform lives for the better.
