Our ZABSpreneur online marketplace specializes in selling handcrafted items created by individuals with special needs. This is a great opportunity to focus on e-commerce, marketing, and analytics while giving back to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the overall look and functionality of the platform, including adding and removing products, updating content, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
• Work with the product sourcing team to identify and onboard new artisans and their products onto the platform.
• Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to drive traffic and sales on the platform.
• Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage customer service inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Work with the fulfillment team to manage and track inventory, pricing, and shipping.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and tools on Shopify
• Track record of success in driving sales and managing an e-commerce platform
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising tactics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Passion for supporting and empowering individuals with disabilities a plus
