Join Us for a Rail-Trail Cleanup: A Step Towards Mental Health and Community Recovery
Organized by NAMI Charlotte and SMART Recovery, this rail-trail clean up will be hosted at the South End Rail Trail. Charlotte’s Rail Trail is a unique urban experience that winds through the very heart of the city. This event is not just about picking up litter; it’s about fostering a community that values mental health, recovery, and environmental stewardship.
Date: Wednesday, April 2, 2025
Time: 3pm–5pm est
Location: Trolley Rail Platform (behind Atherton Mill Shopping Mall) located at 2000 South Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28203. The group will walk the South End Rail Trail and return to this location. Free parking is available in the parking lot and parking structure at the Atherton Mill.
