Tails of the Unwanted

The auction starts on 2/1 - the first item will post at 1230a and a new item will post every 30 minutes until all items are posted. Here are auction guidelines- let us know if you have a questions or comments.

Bidding Process
- Before bidding please review each post for Pickup Location/Delivery information to make sure that it will work in your situation.
- Pickup location for items is variable but general location will be provided.
- Comment on the item’s post with the dollar amount of your bid. Please be careful not to reply on another comment, as these are not easily seen.
- Whole dollar bids only.

Auction Closing Process
- There will be plenty of notice given so that all are aware when bidding will close.
- Winning bids are recorded on a spreadsheet to be able to calculate monies owed. This can take a few hours, or a couple of days.
- Tori will reach out to winning bidders with their calculated totals for confirmation along with payment instructions.
- Payments are taken through PayPal, Venmo or via our website. Please pay promptly.
- All items should be picked up by 4/1/2025. We do not have storage space to hold items past that time. If you cannot pick up your item by the stated time, we will need to figure out alternatives.

Here is a tip for finding item you are interested in as time passes and they are no longer at the top of the list.
- Look for the “v” shape or . . . on the top of each post (depending if you are looking on a computer or cell phone).
- Click on that and then “Save Post”. You will be able to find that post again easily at any time.
- If you have any questions or experience an issue please send us a message or contact Tori directly, instead of commenting under posts in the public forum. It’s easier to keep track of and also private, as the comments under the item post should be bidding amounts.
- Be assured 100% of your winning bids will go directly benefit the animals of Tails of the Unwanted. Thank you for your participation.
