Charlotte-Mecklenburg Food Policy Council

Volunteer Opportunity:
Kids Cooking and Gardening Volunteer (Barringer)

This opportunity has passed.

The Char-Meck Food Policy Council has two FoodCorps service members who garden and cook with students in Title I CMS schools every day of the week. We have an opportunity for community members to help one of our FoodCorps service members with her time at Barringer Academic Center. If you are available for an hour or more on Tuesdays through Fridays, and would love to offer an extra set of hands, please let us know! All volunteers would need to be cleared through the CMS volunteer registration system.
