An Alzheimer's Association Community Connector is an individual active within their community who has connections or relationships with key stakeholders within various industries, for example: faith communities, civic organizations, business, local government, other non-profits.  A Community Connector would be able to assist our local volunteers in connecting to these individuals, organizations, or businesses in order to help raise awareness around topics like: Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, brain health, healthy living, and money management for caregivers responsible for a loved one's finances. For more information contact codonoghue@alz.org or call 980-498-7727.
