As a Community Garden Manager at Another Chance, you will oversee the development and daily operations of our community gardens, ensuring they are productive, and well-maintained, and serve as vibrant spaces for community engagement. Your role will support our mission by fostering a thriving garden environment and promoting sustainable practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing garden layouts and planting schedules.
- Managing garden maintenance, including planting, weeding, and harvesting.
- Organizing and leading community events, workshops, and educational programs.
- Building and maintaining relationships with garden volunteers and local residents.
- Handling garden registrations, budgets, and resource management.
