ABOUT US
Our mission is to inspire and equip the next generation of bilingual educators. We believe every student deserves to know a teacher who speaks their language. The bilingual high school and college students that pursue careers in education now will be the teachers who bring dignity, understanding, and empowerment to the next generation of students.
OUR PROGRAMS
We create internships to provide students with hands-on experience in teaching. We also provide students with access to schools and scholarships so they can network, earn their teaching credentials, and thrive in their future classrooms.
OUR BOARD
The board member commitment is two years. We hold semi-monthly general board meetings (6 per year). We are particularly in need of board members who have experience in and/or or connections to:
- bilingual communities in Charlotte (any languages)
- business, operations, or finance expertise
- education leadership
