Role and Responsibilities:

• Answering the phones, forwarding calls & relaying messages to relevant staff members
• Answering the front door; greeting visitors & offering assistance
• Responding to general emails and sending resources or setting up volunteers
• Maintaining cleanliness of office space
• Assisting the team with ad hoc tasks
• Making copies of size cards for volunteers
