With the assistance from the Chef, you will set up the cook line for service and prepare menu items to order following recipes and procedures. This will include heating of all needed sauces, meats, vegetables and starches. This volunteer opportunity will involve some light prep work, and kitchen sanitation standards that will need to be met. Must be at least 16 years old. Must be able to lift up to 20# unassisted and be able to stand continuously for two (2) hours.
