About BHBC

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit based in Charlotte, NC, BHBC provides life-changing support to individuals facing housing instability. Our holistic approach includes:

• Housing search and placement
• Mental health and substance abuse support
• Job training and financial literacy programs
• Personalized case management

We empower individuals to break the cycle of homelessness, fostering self-sufficiency and thriving, inclusive communities across Mecklenburg County.

Who We’re Looking For

We seek influential leaders who:

• Have strong networks and fundraising capabilities to drive our mission forward.

• Can commit to regular board meetings and active committee participation.

Time Commitment
