Clinical Board Members

Psychology For All (PFA) is seeking individuals with clinical backgrounds (psychotherapists, psychologists, counselors, social workers) who are interested in getting closely involved with a working-board in order to bring emotional well-being to our community. Clinical Board Members will need to live in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area and commit to being familiar with our organization and take an active part in organizational growth. Represent the organization and serve as a spokesperson. Participate in monthly board meetings and touchpoint calls. Serve on the Services Committee (see responsibilities below). Make a personal financial commitment to PFA. Participate in fundraising activities and marketing events. Board members are expected to serve a minimum of three (3) years. Services Committee Responsibilities: Approving and matching client applicants with clinicians Approving clinician applications and checking licensure Participation on the Services Committee, which meets 1-2 times/month Strategic planning for better serving our clients and clinicians Availability for questions from the PFA Executive Assistant about clients and clinicians Psychology For All is committed to a diverse environment and encourages clinicians from less traditionally represented backgrounds to apply.
