Coordinate the satisfaction Callers and summarize the data to present to the Assist M.E Board. Follow up on any requests or questions generated from doing the calls. The satisfaction callers call past recipients of the donated equipment to ask questions about patient’s well-being. Has the patient fallen, been to the emergency room, been re-admitted to the hospital and what is the degree of patient independence? They also inquire if the patient is done with the equipment and if they wish to re-donate it. This job can be done from any home.
