Role Description: The Director of Fundraising is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure funding for the organization’s programs and initiatives.

Director of Fundraising: Develops fundraising strategies, cultivates donor relationships.

Director of Fundraising: Proven fundraising track record, from nonprofit fundraising departments or philanthropic organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies
• Cultivate relationships with donors and sponsors
• Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns
• Work with the board and executive director to identify funding needs

Experience:

• Proven track record in fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit setting
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience with grant writing and donor management
