Donoghue's Open Door Community Dining is a program at FeedNC that stands out for its innovative approach to tackling food insecurity and building social capital. Under the guidance of the Culinary Director, this volunteer lead program offers a completely free cook to order restaurant with nutritious meals including 7 breakfast menu items, 17 lunch menu items, and an additional 5 children's meals. Opportunities are available in the back of house (kitchen) as well as front of house (dining room). 

Volunteer positions range from 2-4 hours and include: 

-Order Taker
-Breakfast Cook/ Service Team
-Lunch Cook/ Service Team
-Afternoon Kitchen Breakdown Team
