The donation coordinator checks the email at donatcoord@assistmenc.com and reaches out to volunteers to arrange a pick up date and time with the person wanting to donate equipment. If a large item needs to be dropped off, or picked up, the Coordinator will communicate with the donor or recipient to determine the appropriate day/time to be at the warehouse. The coordinator is expected to contact the individual donating or receiving the equipment and arrange a mutually convenient time for the individual or family member to be at the warehouse.
