Fight the Flame

We are seeking a passionate and motivated volunteer to help Fight the Flame make a bigger impact in Charlotte! As our Community Outreach & Sponsorship Coordinator, you will play a key role in spreading awareness about Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and helping us build partnerships with local businesses and organizations.

What You’ll Do:

• Reach out to local businesses and companies to explore partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
• Help build relationships with community leaders and potential supporters.
• Spread awareness about Fight the Flame and our mission during Share Charlotte’s 2025 Do Good Week.
• Work closely with our Executive Director to identify fundraising and sponsorship prospects.

Your efforts will directly contribute to securing sponsorships and funding that support individuals living with CRPS. You’ll gain valuable experience in nonprofit outreach, network with local businesses, and be part of a passionate community making a real difference.

Ideal Volunteer:

• Comfortable with outreach, networking, or sales (but no experience required—we’ll guide you!).
• Passionate about helping a nonprofit grow its impact.
• Friendly, professional, and willing to reach out to businesses via email, phone, or in person.

This is a flexible volunteer role that can be done remotely or in the Charlotte area.
