💡 Director of Fundraising 💡

What You’ll Do:
Are you a fundraising guru with a passion for making a difference? As the Director of Fundraising, you’ll take the lead on all things fundraising for Gemma’s Hope. You’ll develop and execute innovative strategies to raise money through campaigns, events, donor engagement, and more. You’ll collaborate with the team to identify new funding opportunities, craft compelling donation appeals, and build lasting relationships with donors. From overseeing fundraising events to guiding our long-term fundraising goals, you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring we have the resources we need to continue supporting grieving families and expanding our impact.

You'll lead fundraising campaigns, ensure we hit our financial goals, and celebrate every dollar raised with the team. You’ll get to use your creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to help grow the impact of Gemma’s Hope and be a key player in its success. Whether you're bringing in new donors, planning exciting events, or leading our fundraising team, you’ll play a pivotal role in our journey of support and healing.

What You’ll Really Be Doing:

• Fundraising Strategy Development: You’ll design and implement fundraising plans to meet financial goals and ensure long-term sustainability.
• Campaign Management: From concept to execution, you’ll oversee fundraising campaigns, ensuring they align with Gemma’s Hope's mission and engage our community.
• Donor Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with current and potential donors—your people skills will be key in making them feel valued and appreciated.
• Event Coordination: Help plan and execute fundraising events that bring in donations and build awareness, all while making sure everyone has a blast!
• Team Leadership: Lead a fundraising team (or volunteers) with inspiration and support, ensuring everyone is motivated and excited to reach our goals.
• Tracking & Reporting: Use analytics to track the success of fundraising campaigns, provide reports, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
