Leader. Volunteer. Mentor.
It’s all in a day’s work for a #GOTR Coach. Girls on the Run coaches are trained volunteers who lead a team of participants through a season of powerful and fun lessons. You do not need to be a runner; you simply need to have a desire to support and encourage the next generation. Coaches are not only given training but receive all the tools and support they need to teach the curriculum. Our coaches regularly find that they get as much out of coaching as they give, learning from the lessons and the team.
Coaches can be a mom, dad, brother, sister, partner, teacher, admin, grandparent, or any other community member who supports the mission. Our coaches are committed to seeing our participants grow, have fun, and become the leaders of tomorrow.
