Help Girls on the Run Greater Charlotte Secure Funding as a Volunteer Grant Writer!

We are looking for an experienced and passionate volunteer grant writer to help us secure funding that supports our mission of empowering young girls through running and mentorship. Your skills in research, writing, and grant application development can make a lasting impact on our programs!

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential grant opportunities
• Write compelling grant proposals and funding applications
• Assist in tracking deadlines and maintaining grant documentation
• Collaborate with the team to align proposals with organizational goals

Qualifications:

• Experience in grant writing, fundraising, or nonprofit development
• Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Passion for the Girls on the Run mission

This is a flexible, part-time volunteer role requiring 5-10 hours per week, fully remote with some in-person (as needed).
