Impact Leaders are Charlotte professionals seeking to mentor a college student and leverage their professional networks to develop their assigned intern's social capital during our internship program. GardHouse staff will match an Impact Leader with a senior student needing support with their job search. By aligning with each student’s career interests, these seasoned professionals assist with breaking down barriers to employment. Senior students may be current GardHouse interns or students who have worked with GardHouse in the past. We are currently recruiting Impact Leaders for the fall 2024 semester. This volunteer opportunity is a 1 hour monthly commitment during the months of September - November.
