Firm Foundations mentors can participate as a mentor in a variety of ways:
- Mentors can be matched one-to-one with one of our middle or high school aged youth.
- Mentors can participate in regular group mentoring sessions at one of our community site programs or at our school-based programs.
Those that are interested must attend an Interest Meeting/Orientation and complete a criminal background check. We ask that our one-to-one mentors make at least 3 personal contacts with their mentees per month (i.e., via a visit, phone, virtual, etc.). Our group session mentors are asked to participate in at least 2 mentoring group sessions per month. For more information, email kroseboro@firmfoundationsinc.org for information on our next Mentor Interest Meeting.
