GiGi's Playhouse is in need of logistical support! We would like to put together a committee to help us manage some of the below target areas:
Address IT-related playhouse needs and issues (sound & security systems, TVs and computers, etc.)
Support construction & remodeling needs, door locks, repairs, relationship with the landlord, etc.
Arrange for regular cleaning (e.g., windows and carpets)
Relationship with the landlord / property management requests
Relationship with vendors, managing contracts, scheduling repairs, etc.
Update and maintain donor wall and room naming based on Programs Committee input
We basically need someone who can tick off items on our honey-do list on a weekly or bi-monthly basis. Are you handy? Are you techy? Are you one of those unicorns who loves to clean? We'd love your help!
