Program Overview
Cooking Matters is a national nutrition education program run by The Food Trust which teaches community members how to understand food labels, how to clean/store/prepare nutrient-dense meals, and how to optimize their grocery shopping budget with healthy food selections. The program includes curriculum, materials, and training, and can be delivered in-person or virtually.
