Parkinson Association of the Carolinas

Volunteer your time and talents to support Parkinson Association of the Carolinas (PAC), a nonprofit organization that empowers individuals and families living in the Carolinas who are affected by Parkinson’s disease. We accomplish this through education, outreach and direct support. PAC offers a toll free resource line answered by a care advisor to provide resources in the Parkinson's disease (PD) Community. PAC connects people with physicians, therapies, support groups and more. We offer free  Therapeutic Yoga for Parkinson's, Dance for Parkinson's, Pedaling for Parkinson's and educational conferences  to the PD community. 

We are seeking to add members to our board of directors who have a variety of backgrounds and skills:  accounting, finance, legal, human resources, and marketing. If you would like to make a difference in the strategic growth of our organization while giving of your time, please consider reaching out.  Our board meets every other month on the 2nd Monday; the next meeting is February 10, 2025.
