Psychology For All

​PFA is seeking interns who can work independently and are looking for workplace learning to enhance their resume to get valuable, real-world experience directly related to their field of study.  Applicants should be enthusiastic, self-driven team players who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and strongly desire to increase access to mental health services in our community. Undergraduate and graduate students who have their home or university in the Charlotte area are strongly encouraged to apply. We will not accept applicants outside the greater Charlotte-Mecklenburg area since our internships are primarily remote but have some in-person components. Summer interns are part of a PFA summer intern cohort of about 4-6 interns. 

Your non-paid internship will consist of helping us in a variety of ways to expand awareness about our program and engage with and create connections with local organizations. The hours are flexible, but we ask for 5-10 hours per week. Most projects and responsibilities will be completed remotely.
