CLA is looking for Reading Tutors provides extra support for students learning to read, working closely with students to build reading skills and comprehension outside of the normal classroom environment. More than half of all 3rd graders in Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools are not reading at grade level. CLA reading program is year round uplifting the youth improving reading skills and comprehension.
